Lookbook: New Year's Eve

Happy New Year's Eve!!! 

We are big fans of New Year's Eve at our house.  My kids love it because they get to stay up late (without getting in trouble...they are usually night owls anyways) and hubby and I love to throw a fondue party to spend the evening with friends.  We have about 25-30 people coming over tonight to celebrate s it should be a good time!

Of course you want to look your best on New Year's Eve so stressing over what to wear is common form.  I wasn't sure what I was going to wear until this morning...but I think I got it all figured out finally:

I rarely wear all black but I decided to wear a LBD with some black heels and add in some color with a statement necklace and belt.  I love the faux-leather sleeves on this dress...a fun little extra something to make it stand out.

I'm off to get my day started and get cleaning/cooking for our party tonight.  Lots to do!
