Lots of Neutrals

Technically it's already Tuesday...so happy second day of the week (no, I'm not up late looking over the sale at Anthro...ok, maybe I am. And maybe I picked up this and this). =) I wanted to quickly share my outfit from Monday...I mixed and matched neutral after neutral and threw in a little color to top it off:

I'm not sure I've ever worn so many neutral colors together before (army green, grey, tan) but I like how it turned out...the key was to add some pop with accessories (or accessory, in this case). When I saw this shirt I immediately thought of my coral colored Double Torsade Necklace...the colors in the shirt matched the necklace perfectly! This shawl cardigan is the most comfortable thing, I have to say. I really love it! Every once in a while you can find yourself a fabulous gem at American Eagle...keep your eyes open!

    Looks great! I know what you mean about American Eagle... I usually go in, feel too old to be there, and leave empty-handed, but sometimes you find something really good!

    I love the pop of red! Sadly, that necklace just didn't look good on me but you pull it off! And I was also up too late scoping out the sale. Gotta love Monday nights!

    For the pilcro cords I got a 25 since I found they run a little big. In Joe's I'm a 26 though. My sis also sized down fyi. And I just got the regular, not the short, and the length was perfect on me. I'm 5'5 for reference. You could always get both sizes and and return one. I got two pairs, the brown and the green (which was surprisingly cute in real life). I also liked the grey ones. Ok, enough rambling!
