Anthropologie Sale Picks and an all-time favorite!

Anthropologie stuck to it's every 2-week sale schedule yesterday morning and dropped its latest round of markdowns...yay!  I'm all about a great sale!  I was able to grab some great deals on some items I can easily wear into fall.

Another item that hit sale that I already own and love is the Spliced Stripes Tee:

Did you grab anything on sale??

Apparently I'm still very into black, white and pink...another round of very neutral picks on my part.  The fun thing about picking up neutrals is that you can add some fun jewelry or a pair of bright colored bottoms and transform the entire look!

Just to prove I'm not all about neutrals all the time, here's a "bright" look I recently wore:

Alstroemeria Tee-Anthropologie
"Clare" cardi-J Crew Factory
Distressed Always Skinny Jeans-Gap
Mossimo "Harachi" Cork Wedge Sandals-Target
Drawing Room Necklace-Anthropologie
Bracelet-Twisted Silver
Marc by Marc Jacobs "Henry Chrono" Watch-Piperlime
Ring-Nordstrom (BP)

This top has to be one of my all-time favorite purchases from Anthropologie.  It's a classic!  It's everything I love about Anthro wrapped into one...beautiful colors, great design, fab quality...perfection.

We're off to take the kids to King's Island today one more time before school starts. Hubby has the day off so it'll be a fun family day for us!

Enjoy your day!

  1. I was at Anthro yesterday and walked out with nothing. I saw a maxi skirt I really wanted but they didn't have my size, of course.
But I almost got that striped top. Love your picks.
    And your outfit is fab!

    1. Trust me, I'm a lot less of a roller coaster girl than I used to be. I stick to the coasters in the kiddie area with my younger boys! =)

  6. How does the spliced stripe tee fit? Trying to decide between the XS and S.

  7. I found the sleeves to be more fitted than billowy, but not too tight. The length is perfect on my long torso. I chose an XS because the Small just looked too big and felt too loose. I'd say it fits TTS to maybe a little big (not in sleeves though). Hope that helps!

  10. Great pics and also love your outfit. That is one of my favs as well and somehow I even managed to wear it last week even though I'm preggers and due next month. My next mission will be to lose the weight and get back in shape so that I can wear some of the great fall clothes.
