Friday Fashion: Cap-toe Flats

Happy Friday to you!

I'm so happy the weekend is here...we once again have lots going on but I'm excited!  Today I'm headed down to Cincinnati to do some Anthro returns (and some fitting room try-ons!!!) and a little last minute Christmas shopping/browsing for anything I may have missed, tomorrow morning I have a hair appointment for highlights and a trim, and then tomorrow afternoon we are taking our kids on a train ride to "The North Pole"!  We're going with a bunch of friends so it should be a lot of fun.  We haven't even told the kids we're going yet...I can't wait to see their excitement!

Just a quick outfit post today before I head off to the gym..gotta keep up with my runs and workouts so I can keep enjoying holiday goodies!  Last week I broke out my new Vince Camuto flats I scored on sale.  They are fab and really are like walking on butter (you were totally right, Hailey!!!)  They're THAT comfortable!  I did have a sizing issue...I originally ordered an 8.5 but returned them for a size 9 because I needed the extra length for my toes.  They are on the narrow side so keep that in mind too if you are interested.

I love the cap toes on these shoes...the little bit of sparkle with the glittery sequins is so much fun! =)

I hope you have a fabulous weekend, whatever you're up to!

Enjoy!

  2. I love love love the look of these flats and have been hovering over them for a while. My only hesitation has been the reviews that say the heels are stiff -- have they hurt your heels at all?

    1. By the way, I just knew these shoes would be one of those items that I'd always wonder "what if?" so I went ahead and got them (a half size up)!

    2. Lol...that's how I am too...I'd rather buy and return rather than always wonder! The heels are indeed a little stuff but I don't really notice it in the correct sized shoe. I did a lot in the first pair that was too small. Hope they work for you !!

  7. Love your outfits and so looking forward to a new Anthro that opens in my area soon. I've gotten two pairs of Vince Camuto ballet flats this fall. Very comfortable because they put way more cushion in the sole than other brands. Wish everyone else did. I sized down 1/2 size in the studded calf hair pair and got my normal size in a pair with elastic at the heel. My feet are very narrow so maybe that's why they fit me so well.

    1. Thanks!! Oh, I am so jealous you're getting an Anthro close to you!! I've always lived about 35-45 min away from one and would love to be closer!! Enjoy!

  8. Oh I've had my eye on those flats too! Thanks for the sizing tip, I normally wear an 8.5 but would most likely want to size up too. Loving the inspiration looks!

  9. Just found you searching for these shoes! I just ordered 3 color combos from Nordstrom's sale - very Chanel-esque! I have some Vince Camuto boots this season that are great quality. I'm in Atlanta and have been blogging for a year - will keep popping back here though I rarely shop at Anthro - you might inspire me to peak - I have one around the corner here. I've recently rediscovered my love of J.Crew too...
